The Board of Directors of Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited (KANSAINER) at its meeting held on May 7, 2021 has declared Final Dividend of Rs 2 per equity share for financial year 2020-21. The Board has also declared special Dividend of Rs 2 per equity share. The meeting commenced at 11.50 a.m. and concluded at 3.55 p.m.
Kansai Nerolac Paints Q4 Result
The company reported an increase of 89.14 per cent in its consolidated net profit to Rs 123.62 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2021. Its total revenue from operations was up 35.14 per cent at Rs 1,459.57 crore during the quarter under review compared to Rs 1,080.07 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
