The Board of Directors of Infosys Ltd (INFY) held its meeting on 13 October 2021. It has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 15 per equity share for the financial year 2021-22.

The company reported 12% growth in consolidated net profit at Rs 5,421 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2021, compared to Rs 4,845 crore in the same quarter last year. The IT major’s revenue grew 20.5 per cent YoY to Rs 29,602 crore, while it was higher by 6.1 per cent on a quarter-on-quarter basis.
