Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III read with SEBI, the Board of Directors at its meeting held today has recommended a Final dividend @ 40% amounting Re. 0.40/- per equity share on basis of face value of Re. 1/- each, for the FY 2020-2021.
