The Board of Directors of CRISIL India Limited (CRISIL) at its meeting held on Monday, i.e. 19th of April 2021 has recommended payment of interim dividend of Rs. 7.0 per equity share.

The company reported a 5.2 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 83.5 crore for the first quarter ended March 2021. The company follows the January-December financial year. Consolidated income from operations during Q1 FY21 rose by 15.8 per cent to Rs 495.2 crore, compared to Rs 427.8 crore earlier.
