Colgate-Palmolive (India) on Thursday reported a 24.74 per cent increase in net profit at Rs 248.36 crore in the third quarter ended in Dec. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 199.1 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Total income during the period under review stood at Rs 1,241.81 crore, up 7.70 per cent, as compared to Rs 1,152.97 crore in the year-ago quarter.
