The Board of Directors of Coforge Ltd (COFORGE) held its meeting on 25 October 2021. It has declared Interim Dividend of Rs 13 per equity share for the financial year 2021-22.

The company said its consolidated net profit has increased by 21.6 per cent to Rs 146.7 crore for the September 2021 quarter. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 120.7 crore in the second quarter of FY21. Its consolidated gross revenue rose 36 per cent to Rs 1,569.4 crore.
