Given that the Company’s surplus is in excess of RS. 15,000 crore, in line with Company’s Dividend Distribution Policy, the Board of Directors has approved a dividend at at the rate of 90% of standalone PAT, or Rs. 140 per share (1400%) of face value of Rs. 10 each on equity shares.
