The Board of Directors of Reliance Industries Ltd (RELIANCE) at its meeting held on April 30, 2021, has declared Final Dividend of Rs 7 per equity share. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 5:15 p.m. and concluded at 7:15 p.m.

Reliance Industries reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 13,227 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2021, on a year-on-year (y-o-y) basis. Further, revenue from operations in Q4FY21 reported at Rs 1.54 lakh crore in comparison to Rs 1.39 lakh crore in the corresponding quarter last year.
