Carborundum Universal Ltd Declares Final Dividend of Rs 1.5

The Board of Directors of Carborundum Universal Ltd (CARBORUNIV) held its meeting on 28th April, 2021. It has declared Final Dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity share for the financial year 2020-21. Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 12.36 p.m. and concluded at 03.20 p.m.
